Lower Body Bootcamp

Best for: Building strong glutes, quads, and hamstrings — with a cardio boost.

This lower-body-focused class is designed to shape and strengthen your legs while improving overall endurance. You'll target key muscle groups with effective strength exercises, plus a touch of cardio to elevate your heart rate and burn calories.

Before I met Scott I was in a rut with my training physically and mentally. I didn’t feel confident in my body and I didn’t feel confident to step inside the gym. I then met Scott and he completely transformed my opinions on everything. He introduced me to the importance of setting goals and sticking to a plan that would get me to where I wanted to be. I fell back in love with training which I hadn’t felt for years and his programme and guidance gave me the confidence to navigate around the gym effortlessly. Training with Scott in the gym quickly became something I looked forward to every week, he pushed me outside of my comfort zone and really put my body to the test.  

 

Fast forward a year and I am now a new woman! I have never felt more confident in my body EVER. Even in the past when I’ve hit the best version of myself I’ve exceeded far beyond that point now! I am the leanest I have ever been and I actually enjoy wearing clothes again, which is something I used to hide my body for a long time.
